ZOOM Class Members can have access to currents weeks class for 6 days on YouTube, for £1.50 per class or £5 per 4 week block with BONUS 30 min Meditation Video.

Teen Yoga

A class specifically geared to the needs for Teenage Girls.

The teenage years bring many challenges:

Developing from child to adult physically, emotionally and mentally

Targets and Exams

Decisions to be made about post 16 routes

Yoga and Meditation bring balance and calm, giving teenagers the skills to manage this changing time in their lives, and giving them skills for life.

Term Time only £35 per 7 week half term payable in advance.
