Colour is a vibrational energy which we absorb through our eyes, skin and nervous system. It is in every part of our lives and in our language.
For example: “in the pink” ”feeling blue” “seeing red” “browned off” are all expressions which reflect the effect colour has on our emotions.
Colour therapy uses colour as a medium to gently and subtly rebalance the body’s energy system creating balance in your life
