Life Coaching is a process to enable a client to make a change in an area of their life, be it relationships (family/friends/romantic), work, home, health, money or social life. When one or more of these areas of our lives are causing us dis-stress it is because it feels out of our control and is running contrary to our desires and beliefs. It is the role of the Life Coach to help the client to identify the changes they wish to make and bring about those changes.
