Meditation is one of the most effective tools for relaxation and to energise. We use so much energy on worrying thoughts we feel mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted; by calming the mind and the emotions it allows energy to be regained and used positively.
Many people are put off the idea of meditation as they think it is simply a matter of clearing the mind, not simple at all!
This meditation group meets to support individuals who want to meditate regularly but find work/home life pressures distract them, to take to time out for themselves and the opportunity to meet with like minded people.
