DRU Pregnancy Yoga supports mother and baby by increasing muscle strength and providing appropriate and targeted exercise to reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy and helping to prepare the mother for birth.
DRU Pregnancy Yoga includes massages, breathing techniques, and much more to aid pregnancy and labour creating a relaxed mind and body and partners are asked to attend at least one session (for FREE) to learn these various techniques to support the Mums and be part of the process of pregnancy and birth.
DRU Pregnancy Yoga concludes with Relaxation or Meditation helping mother and baby to be peaceful and aid the bonding process between them.
Start anytime from 14 weeks and continue until birth.
