DRU Pre-Natal Yoga supports mother and baby by increasing muscle strength and providing appropriate and targeted exercise to reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy and helping to prepare the mother for birth.
DRU Pre-Natal Yoga includes a number of massages and similar techniques that aid pregnancy and labour creating a relaxed mind and body and the father is asked to attend at least one session to learn these various techniques to support his partner and be part of the process of pregnancy and birth.
DRU Pre-Natal Yoga concludes with Relaxation or Meditation helping mother and baby to be peaceful and aid the bonding process between them.
